Alpha
C830.2
wins every major long drive championship in 2006
For the first time in golf history, all four of the premier long drive
championships have been won with a single club, the Alpha
C830.2. So far in
2006, golf pros around the country have used the Alpha C830.2 to capture open
division wins in the PGA Show Players Tour in January, the Phoenix ALDA in
April, the Texas LDA in May, and now the Tennessee Players Tour on June 10.
Sweeping long drive tournaments despite notable competition from the likes of
Cobra, Nike, and Callaway, little-known Alpha Golf caught the golf equipment
world by surprise and dominated the 2006 long drive circuit with its
C830.2
driver.
Conforming to all USGA club guidelines, Alpha’s
C830.2 460cc driver has been
touted by Golf Digest as one of “The Best Drivers You’ve Never Heard Of.” The
C830.2 was also called “A Hidden Gem” by Links Magazine, awarded the “Seal of
Excellence” by GolfTest USA, and recognized as the “Best of the Best” by
Rankmark.com.
This latest long drive tournament victory crowned Danny Luirette at the 2006
Players Tour Tennessee Shootout Long Drive Competition at the Graysburg Hills
Golf Course. Luirette used his Alpha
C830.2 to drive 381 yards to capture his
2nd Tennessee Shootout event win in 3 years. “I’m so glad I found Alpha,” says
Luirette. “With all the name brand clubs out there, my secret weapon for
distance and accuracy is the driver no one else knows about.”
With 6 RE/Max World Long Drive Championship titles, and over 100 long drive
championship wins world-wide, Alpha drivers have quietly gained the respect of
professional and amateur players everywhere, including
PGA
Tour players. For more information on the
C830.2 driver or any
